Data collected

When you send a contact request or download a PDF sheet: name, company or organisation, phone number, email (optional), profile, project or requested sheet, message, date and language of the request.

Purposes and legal basis

To answer your request, send you the PDF sheet and contact you about your project, based on the consent you give when submitting the form.

Recipients

The data is used exclusively by SCHEIER France. It is neither sold nor transferred. It is stored on the website’s hosting server, outside its public area; the notification of each request is sent through an email delivery service acting as a technical processor.

Retention period

Three years from the last contact, then deletion.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and erase your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights: contact@scheier.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. A single technical cookie, “hm_acces”, is set after a form is submitted: it saves you from re-entering your details to download other sheets, for 180 days. It contains no personal data.
